If a person who has a permit has to enter someone's real estate in connection with the operation of telecommunication services, he must enter such real estate only after giving prior written notice to the concerned person. If there is any damage during such entry, the permit holder must compensate the concerned person. However, if there is reasonable reason to suspect that telecommunications services are being used or stolen illegally in a real estate, the related real estate can be entered by giving an immediate written notice while investigating the matter.
